The hotel is ideally located for both the train station and the town centre. It's just a short walk to the train station and the main square, making it convenient for exploring the city. The rooms are clean and come with amenities like a kettle, tea/coffee, and complimentary water bottles. The breakfast offers a good selection of hot and cold items.
Some guests have mentioned that the reception staff can be unfriendly.

Great central location, walking distance to major attractions and shopping complex. Quaint and old-world atmosphere with beautiful antique decor. Excellent and reasonably priced food at the hotel restaurant.
Room for 3 people was very small, with outdated and inadequate bedding. The whole hotel had an outdated and antiquated feel to it.

really amazing stay, fabulously helpful staff, beautiful rooms. the location in a secure area was best possible and there were a shopping centre and a market nearby. early check-in too.

I was met by accommodating and affable staff at the lobby. Overall it was retro with a view. They provided variety of outstanding choices for breakfast that was included. Everything was simply perfect.

The hotel's location was perfect, with department stores and the old town area just a short walk away. It was also very close to the train station, making it easily accessible. The breakfast was excellent, with plenty of choices available. The staff were helpful and always happy to assist.

We were impressed by the convenient location of the hotel. It was just across from the train station and within easy walking distance to shopping and tourist spots. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a tasteful understated elegance. We also enjoyed the wonderful full breakfast buffet that was included with our room. it was a great find and we would definitely recommend this hotel for its value and comfort.

This hotel ticks all the boxes for a great stay in the city. the location is unbeatable, just across from the old railway station and right in the heart of the action. Secondly, the attention to detail is impressive, with lovely decor and fresh flowers on the tables. And lastly, the breakfast provided is simply outstanding, with a wide variety of food including delicious local cuisine and beautiful music playing in the background.
Everything was spot on, no complaints whatsoever!
